Challenge to Section 6A of Citizenship Act: Supreme Court to begin final hearing on October 17
The Court urged the parties to follow the Standard Operation Procedure that was followed for the Article 370 case, and asked for common compilations to be filed.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday said that it will begin final hearings in petitions challenging the constitutionality of Section 6A of the Citizenship Act on October 17.
