A Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) court on Sunday morning ordered the release of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) activists Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka from police detention.
They were produced before SEM today morning.
Dipke, Das and Ranka were detained by Delhi Police on October 10 shortly after their flight from Mumbai landed in Delhi.
The three were travelling to Delhi to participate in the proposed protest at Jantar Mantar demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
Delhi Police had denied permission for the proposed demonstration and tightened security across the national capital to prevent protesters from reaching the site.
Police personnel entered the aircraft and took the three leaders into custody before they could leave the plane.
