

Former Clyde & Co Senior Associate Hari Krishna has joined Holman Fenwick Willan as a Senior Associate in its Dubai office with effect from July 1, 2013. Hari Krishna, who is dual qualified in India and England & Wales, is a shipping, commodities and offshore energy specialist.
He is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He initially worked at the Chambers of Maritime Practitioner S Venkiteswaran in Mumbai after which he went to the US to do his LL.M from Tulane Law School. Thereafter he joined Clyde & Co in Dubai and has been based in Dubai since 2007.
Speaking to Bar & Bench, Hari Krishna said, “Part of this move is to focus more on India than I have in the past”.
“I am really excited about my new role and look forward to engaging with the Indian market more frequently”, added Hari Krishna.
