SC Collegium relaxes minimum income criterion while elevating SC/ST/OBC lawyers to Allahabad HC

While elevating ten advocates to the Allahabad High Court, the Supreme Court Collegium has chosen to relax the minimum income criterion of Rs. 7 lakh with respect to candidates belonging to SC/ ST and OBC communities and for those working for the government as Standing / Panel counsel.
