Collegium recalls transfer of Justice Avneesh Jhingan to Gujarat High Court; proposes transfer to Rajasthan High Court

The Collegium had on August 3 recommended the transfer of Justice Jhingan to Gujarat. However, the government did not act on this recommendation, the Collegium resolution noted.
