Congress MLC Ashok Jagtap moves Bombay High Court for permission from State authorities to hold Rahul Gandhi rally

Interestingly, the Congress is part of the ruling coalition in Maharashtra and the government authorities have essentially refused to grant permission to one its own coalition partners to conduct a rally.

Mumbai congress chief and Member of Council (MLC) Ashok aka Bhai Jagtap has moved Bombay High Court seeking directions to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and State government to grant permission to hold a rally at Shivaji Park, Mumbai.
