Aditya Shamlal joins Times Internet as Chief Legal Officer

Aditya Shamlal has joined Times Internet Limited as their Chief Legal Officer. 

Shamlal is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

He has 18+ years of experience across a variety of corporate law fields, dispute resolution, M&A, venture capital transactions, as well as providing strategic advice and guidances to a host of businesses. 

He started his career in Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi in their corporate practice and thereafter undertook litigation practice in the chambers of senior advocate in Delhi, where he appeared before the high court, district courts and various tribunals in New Delhi.

From 2012, he ran the New Delhi offices of GameChanger Law Advisors where he worked in practice areas across, sports, media, entertainment, technology, as well as venture capital and M&A practice areas.

In 2021 he joined Zeta, as the head of the legal department and set up the legal team at Zeta, Titan and Radix.
