Alpha Partners has announced the appointment of Vidyavathi Kowshik as the Head of its newly established Bengaluru office, following a strategic alliance with Kayara Legal, the boutique law firm founded by Kowshik.

Kowshik has over a decade of experience in corporate and real estate law, and will spearhead the Bengaluru office. Under her leadership, the alliance will enable both firms to seamlessly serve clients across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and UAE, offering integrated expertise in real estate, private equity/venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

This collaboration allows Alpha Partners to support South India–based clients with ambitions in Northern India and the UAE, while also giving NCR and international clients a trusted entry point into Southern India. Kayara Legal’s team of lawyers from across Southern states brings deep regional knowledge, local networks, and linguistic fluency, ensuring smooth service delivery across jurisdictions.
