Ami Parikh joins Pidilite as President Legal

Ami Parikh has joined Pidilite Industries Limited as President Legal and General Counsel.

Parikh has over two decades of experience across both law firms and in-house roles. Her most recent stint was at Asian Paints, where she served as General Counsel. Before that, she was Head of Legal & Compliance at Experian India.

Parikh graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2000 and worked at Hariani and Company, DSK Legal and Malvi Ranchosddas & Co.

She was a Partner at AZB & Partners for two years, after which she joined Experian India in 2020. Prior to her time at AZB, she spent over a decade as Head of the Transaction Support Group at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

At Pidilite, Parikh will oversee legal, regulatory, governance, and compliance functions across the group and support Pidilite Industries’ strategic priorities, risk management framework, and long-term growth agenda.
