Amitabh Sharma rejoins JSA as Partner in Gurugram

Amitabh Sharma has rejoined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner in Gurugram.

Sharma is a 1995 alumnus of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.

He has over 25 years of experience as an adviser on general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, projects and financing matters. Sharm sits on the boards of several Indian companies as an Independent Director, both in the listed as well unlisted space.

Over the years, he has advised a wide spectrum across multinational clients, multi/bilateral agencies, financial institutions/banks and NBFCs, private equity firms, and public and private sector entities. Sharma has advised several clients on India entry and divestment strategies. This involved acting on several cross-border transactions, including acquisitions in USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Indonesia, South Africa and Mozambique.

Sharma rejoins JSA from NorthExcel Associates, Advocates & Legal Consultants. In the past, he been associated with Khaitan & Co as a Partner, and with HSA Associates as its Managing Partner.
