Anand Vardhan takes over as Piramal Group General Counsel

Anand Vardhan, who has been working with Piramal Enterprises as President - Legal, has been promoted to Group General Counsel of the Piramal Group.

Vardhan will now be responsible for overseeing the legal function across the Piramal Group.

He takes over the reins from SK Honnesh, who has moved to Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Vardhan is a graduate of Faculty of Law, Delhi University.

He has over 23 years of experience in legal function at leading business houses including Daewoo Motors, TATA Housing, ICICI Bank, HDFC Venture Capital, SUN-Apollo Ventures and Piramal Enterprises.
