Aneeruth Suresh joins Cholayil as Head - Legal

Aneeruth Suresh has joined Cholayil Private Limited as Head - Legal.

Suresh is a 2015 graduate of Sri Venkateswara University. He is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

With over 13 years of experience as an in-house counsel, Suresh specializes in Management, Corporate Laws and Contractual Agreements.

At Cholayil, he will be leading the legal and compliance function, providing strategic counsel to business leadership on corporate governance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, labour laws, and dispute resolution. He will also be driving proactive risk management, strengthening contract governance frameworks, and enabling business growth through sound legal strategy.

Prior to his move to Cholayil, Suresh served as Senior Manager - Legal at Coromandel International Limited.
