Touchstone Partners hires Trilegal's Anirudh Agarwala and CAM's Pranay Bagdi as Partners

Anirudh Agarwala and Pranay Bagdi have joined Touchstone Partners as Partners in Mumbai.

Agarwala will be managing the firm's Mumbai office. He is a 2010 graduate of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata.

He has worked with several premier funds, financial institutions and corporations during the life cycle of their private equity, M&A and hybrid investments in India. He has experience across sectors including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, tech and fintech. 

Before joining Touchstone, Agarwala was a Partner at Trilegal.

Bagdi is a 2012 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur.

He has worked on numerous high-profile transactions in the PE, M&A & VC space. He joins Touchstone from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Before that, he worked at Khaitan & Co.
