Ankit Jaiswal joins CarDekho South East Asia as Legal and Compliance Head

Ankit Jaiswal has joined Cardekho, Southeast Asia as Legal and Compliance Head.

Jaiswal has previously worked at AZB & Partners, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

His experience encompasses strategic partnerships, fintech, M&A, fundraising, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, litigation management, contract drafting, IPR protection, data privacy, and private equity transactions.

He is also experienced in advising corporations engaged in various sectors including financial services, technology, internet and e-commerce, and real estate while working with some of the leading law firms, big tech companies and funds in India.
