Anshul Verma joins SKV Law Offices as Partner

Anshul Verma has joined SKV Law Offices as a Partner to lead the firm’s newly established Technology, Data Privacy, Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies Practice.

Verma is a 2012 alumna of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

Recognized for her strong command of technology law, Verma possesses deep expertise across critical domains, including technology outsourcing transactions, enterprise SaaS and cloud agreements, AI regulatory frameworks, data privacy, cybersecurity, IoT ecosystems, and digital platform regulations.

Earlier in her career, Verma advised early-stage startups across IT, fintech, health-tech, and ed-tech sectors, helping founders balance legal risk with business agility to secure funding and establish scalable partnerships. She also gained valuable experience at leading law firms, where she handled a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law advisory across FMCG, infrastructure, aviation, energy, and public sector verticals, while successfully leading litigation and dispute resolution portfolios before tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.

Prior to joining SKV Law Offices, Anshul served as Associate Director – Legal at Microland Ltd, where she led strategic technology, cloud, and AI-driven transactions and advised on enterprise-wide legal readiness for evolving global AI regulatory frameworks.
