Antares Legal elevates Shivi Sethi and Sidhartha Jatar to Partnership

Antares Legal has announced the elevation of Shivi Sethi (Dispute Resolution) and Sidhartha Jatar (Corporate) to Partnership, expanding its bench to thirteen Partners.

Sethi is a seasoned litigator with nearly twelve years of experience handling complex disputes and providing strategic litigation and regulatory advice. She began her career at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi, and joined Antares Legal in 2024. Her practice includes high-stakes commercial disputes and sensitive regulatory matters involving authorities such as FSSAI, environmental regulators, and legal metrology frameworks. Known for her strategic clarity and composed advocacy, she has played a key role in strengthening the Firm’s disputes and regulatory offering.

Jatar is a transactions lawyer with over a decade of experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He advises on complex cross-border and domestic transactions and is recognised for providing commercially sound counsel across transactions and advisory mandates.
