Anupam Prasad has joined White & Brief as a Partner in Corporate & Commercial Practice.

Prasad is a 2006 alumnus of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.

He has nearly two decades of experience advising Indian multinationals, private equity funds, venture capital investors, founders and promoters on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across the US, UK, Germany, France, UAE, Korea and Mauritius.

Earlier, Prasad was leading a boutique corporate and commercial law firm – AP Law Chambers, which he has now merged with White & Brief. In the past he has been Partner at IndusLaw and RDA Legal and prior to that with, Khaitan & Co and Nishith Desai Associates.
