Malak Bhatt has announced the establishment of Chambers of Malak Bhatt, a specialized legal practice in New Delhi.

The Chambers' practice spans General & Commercial Litigation covering high-value disputes before the Supreme Court and High Courts in commercial, shareholder, infrastructure and regulatory matters; White-Collar Crime Defence handling SFIO, ED, CBI, and PMLA investigations and trials involving promoter, director, and senior management defence;  Insolvency & Bankruptcy covering corporate and personal insolvency proceedings under the IBC 2016, including challenges to admissions and resolution plans; and International Arbitration encompassing domestic and international commercial arbitrations, bilateral investment treaty disputes, and enforcement proceedings.

Bhatt is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with expertise in white-collar crime, regulatory defence and insolvency law.

A NALSAR graduate with a BCL from Oxford, he previously practiced at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co for more than 7 years. Previously, as Founding Partner of NM Law Chambers, Bhatt represented and advised various corporate and promoter clients across forums and disciplines in different practice areas.
