Arka Banerjee joins Verist Law as a Partner

Arka Banerjee has joined Verist Law as a Partner.

Banerjee is a 2006 graduate of National Law School of India University. He earned his MBA from INSEAD in 2015.

With over 15 years of experience, Banerjee specialises in corporate laws, primarily mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He was associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas for 14 years and served as a Partner at Argus Partners for a year.

Prior to joining Verist Law, he was practicing independently.
