AZB & Partners elevates 7 lawyers to Partnership

AZB & Partners has elevated 7 lawyers to Partnership across the firm's Mumbai and Delhi offices, with effect from July 1, 2023.

The following lawyers have been elevated to Partnership at AZB's Mumbai office:

Kritika Agarwal (Corporate/M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital)

Malaveeka Chakravarthy (Corporate/M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital)

Saloni Thakkar (Banking & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency)

Sneha Nagvekar (Corporate/M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital)

At AZB's Delhi office, Gaurav Priyadarshi has been elevated to Partnership in Corporate/M&A practice.

JSA Partner Aarthi Sivanandh has also joined AZB & Partners along with her team as a Senior Partner in the firm's Corporate/M&A practice at Chennai.

Her team includes Partner Bhavana Alexander, who focuses on Corporate/M&A practice.
