Bapsy Dastur joins DSK Legal UAE as a Partner

DSK Legal UAE has announced the appointment of Bapsy Dastur as a Partner in its Abu Dhabi office.

Dastur has over two decades of C-suite and board-level experience advising multinational corporations, family-owned enterprises, and governing bodies across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. Her core expertise spans corporate governance, cross-border restructuring, M&A, regulatory strategy, and enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, with a distinctive focus on governance transformation, shareholder alignment, and succession planning. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing corporate and family ownership structures, family constitutions, and governance frameworks that enable long-term value preservation across generations.

Dastur has held senior leadership roles as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer across global and family-owned conglomerates operating in Energy, Oil & Gas, Maritime & Logistics, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Hospitality, Retail, and Technology. Her experience includes advising on high-value, cross-border transactions and leading complex organisational transformations, while embedding robust governance and risk management practices at scale.
