Burgeon Law elevates Abhisshek Singlla as Partner; Ankit Bhasin as Associate Partner

Burgeon Law has announced the promotion of Abhisshek Singlla as Partner and Ankit Bhasin as Associate Partner.

Singlla is a 2008 graduate of the Kurukshetra University. He earned his LLM in International Commercial Law from the King's College London in 2009.

With over a decade in the legal profession, he focuses on Project Finance, Private Equity/Venture Capital investments, Acquisitions and General Corporate Commercial matters.

Bhasin is a 2014 graduate of the National Law University, Delhi.

He holds an expertise of more than 8 years in the field of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Mergers, and Acquisitions providing structuring, negotiations, closing transactions, Legal Due Diligence and Corporate Law advisory.
