Law firm merger: Burgeon Law joins hands with IC RegFin Legal

Burgeon Law, with over 25 lawyers, including five partners, is merging into IC RegFin Legal.

With this merger, RegFin will operate with a combined strength of over 150 lawyers, including 22 Partners, with New Delhi becoming RegFin’s fourth office.

As part of the integration of Burgeon with RegFin, Roma Priya, Founder of Burgeon Law, joins as an Equity Partner, assuming the roles of Senior Partner & Founder – Delhi and National Head – Private Equity & Venture Capital Transactions.

With the addition of Burgeon Law’s experienced Partners and team, IC RegFin Legal will look to extend its market leadership in the venture capital and private equity investment space.
