CAM Aviation Partner Anandita Kaushik joins Dassault Aviation

Aviation Law specialist Anandita Kaushik has left Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas to join the Dassault Aviation group as General Counsel - India, housed in Dassault Aircraft Services, the group’s wholly owned subsidiary in New Delhi.

On this development, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, commented,

Kaushik is a 2009 graduate of Symbiosis International University. She earned her LLM in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia Law School in 2013.

With over 15 years of experience, Kaushik focuses on Defence and Aerospace law, handling PE-VC and M&A transactions within the aviation sector. She consistently offers regulatory, structuring, and transactional guidance to both foreign OEMs and domestic entities involved in Indian defence procurement.

Prior to joining Dassault Aviation, Kaushik was associated with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner for over six years. Prior to that, she had also spent six years at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

Commenting on her move, Kaushik shared,

"I have advised the Dassault Aviation group for over a decade now, and have always enjoyed solving for the unique challenges of the defence and aerospace sector in India. It was a difficult decision to move on from CAM, but these are exciting times for Dassault, and for the sector overall, and I look forward to contributing to their journey from closer quarters."
