CAM Partner Saurabh Sharma joins JSA in Ahmedabad

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Saurabh Sharma has joined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner at Ahmedabad to strengthen the firm's Corporate practice in Gujarat.

Sharma is a 2011 graduate of Gujarat National Law University, where he also serves as a visiting faculty member. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Sharma has over 14 years of corporate law experience, involving high-stakes M&A transactions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, private placement offerings, business transfers, and reorganisations (onshore and offshore).

At JSA. he will support mentoring Partner, Rajul Bohra in the expansion plans of JSA’s corporate practice in Gujarat/GIFT.

Prior to joining JSA, Saurabh was associated with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for nearly a decade, as a Partner in Ahmedabad, where he was involved in the corporate, M&A and GIFT practice.
