Chandhiok & Mahajan Partner Vikram Sobti quits the firm to join Emaar India as General Counsel.

Sobti is a 2010 graduate of Delhi University and began his career with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices.

Sobti is an experienced lawyer in dispute resolution and competition law. His extensive experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration makes him the go-to advisor for clients in the engineering and construction, telecommunications, commercial contracts, and banking and finance sectors.

After over 3 years of being with Luthra & Luthra, Sobti joined Chandhiok & Mahajan as Managing Associate for close to 5 years, post which he was elevated to Partner in August 2018.

On Sobti's departure, Pooja Mahajan, Managing Partner, Chandhiok & Mahajan, commented,
