Deeksha Manchanda made Partner at Chandhiok & Mahajan
Chandhiok & Mahajan (C&M) has announced the election of Deeksha Manchanda as a Partner in the firm’s competition and regulatory practice with effect from 1 January 2021.
Commenting on development, C&M’s managing partner, Pooja Mahajan said,

Deeksha specializes in advising clients on all aspects of competition law. She has experience in representing clients in merger control, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases before the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the Competition Appellate Tribunal, and the Supreme Court. She also counsels clients on aspects of data protection and privacy.
She was a Commonwealth Scholar to the University of Oxford, where she earned her Bachelors of Civil Law with a specialization in competition law and was awarded the Archibold Bishop Prize by Somerville College, Oxford. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Honors) at National Law Institute University, Bhopal and earned a gold medal for her academic performance.
Prior to joining C&M, Deeksha was with Economic Law Practice and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices.
