Dhananjay Shahi joins Bharti Enterprises as Head-Corporate Legal from Flipkart

Dhananjay Shahi has joined Bharti Enterprises as Head - Corporate Legal after leaving Flipkart.

In this role, Shahi will oversee legal matters pertaining to all emerging businesses of the Group.

He was Deputy General Counsel & Senior Director at Flipkart, where he spearheaded the legal function for the M&A and Fintech verticals. He has over two decades of experience across Private Equity, M&A, Banking and Finance, JVAs, Capital Markets, Insurance and Aviation related work. In the past, he has worked with Baring Private Equity Asia, India Credit, Religare Group, the InterGlobe Group and Trilegal.

Shahi completed his Bachelor's in Law from Delhi University and his Master's in Law from the University of San Diego, California, USA.
