Dhaval Vussonji & Associates has announced the elevation of Bharati Nibjiya and Roopali Gosar to Partnership.

Nibjiya specializes in real estate transactions, title diligence, legal advisory for private equity firms investing in real estate, general corporate matters, and commercial contracts. Her practice also includes counsel on property development, redevelopment, and land laws. She has also advised on various high-value real estate acquisitions for prominent groups such as Pernod Ricard, Solitaire, Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Joyville Shapoorji, Piramal Realty, Piramal Finance, Morgan Stanley, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Lodha Developers, Malpani Group, Subodh Runwal Group.

Nibjiya has been associated with the Firm for nearly 8 years.

Gosar’s expertise is primarily in Real Estate. She has advised on various flat acquisitions in high-end buildings. Her expertise is in real estate transactions including legal advisory for private equity firms, title diligence, flat acquisitions by high net worth individuals and commercial contracts. She has advised on various high value real estate of prominent groups such as NCP Commercial Private Limited (an affiliate of Varde Partners), DLF, Authum Real Estate Private Limited, Morgan Stanley.

Gosar has been associated with the Firm for over a decade.

Alongside the Partner promotions, the Firm has also made Sugyata Choudhary and Saloni Sulakhe Associate Partners.

Choudhary is a Solicitor with over 11 years of experience in dispute resolution. Her expertise spans Stressed Assets Resolution, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Slum Rehabilitation Law, Commercial Litigation, and Arbitration. She has been instrumental in crafting and executing effective recovery strategies for financial companies, including the successful Rajesh Group Debt Resolution for ACRE. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and has been instrumental in resolving Arbitrations relating to Construction and Real Estate especially for HNI clients. She has also appeared for large Indian conglomerates like Alkem Laboratories Ltd, Piramal Finance Ltd. and Solitaire group in various litigations across Mumbai.

She has been associated with the Firm for 3 years.

Sulakhe has over a decade of extensive experience in dispute resolution. She joined the firm in 2020 as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Principal Associate in 2024. She excels in providing a strategic and solution-oriented approach to litigation, with a proven ability to navigate high-stakes disputes. She regularly advises and represents a diverse clientele in complex commercial and high value disputes before various courts and arbitral tribunals including corporate insolvency proceedings before company law tribunals, and commercial, real estate matters before Bombay High Court and RERA forums. Her notable work at the firm includes advising the Solitaire Group on complex commercial matters, particularly their prestigious real estate project, Palais Royale. She has also advised and represented the Piramal Group and acted for ACRE in various insolvency proceedings. She has been instrumental in handling ongoing real estate litigation for Macrotech Developers Limited.

She has been associated with the Firm for 5 years.
