Dhruti Dholakia joins AZB as a Partner in Real Estate practice

Dhruti Dholakia has joined AZB & Partners as a Partner and senior member in Real Estate practice in Mumbai.

Dholakia has nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. Her experience encompasses providing strategic and advisory support, negotiating high stake deals and handling land acquisitions, due diligence, financing and corporate documents and litigation related to real estate matters.

Prior to joining AZB, Dholakia was the President Legal at Macrotech Developers.

On Dholakia's joining, Zia Mody, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, said,
