Touchstone Partners has announced the appointment of Dishi Bhomawat as Counsel in its Mumbai office..Bhomawat, a London-trained corporate lawyer, brings with her eight years of experience advising on strategic, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions for private capital funds, sovereign wealth funds and multinational corporations..She was most recently a Senior Consultant (Principal Associate) with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai, where she spent over a year. Prior to that, she worked with Herbert Smith Freehills in London for more than seven years. Earlier in her career, she was an associate with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in New Delhi..Her practice spans high-value deals across renewables, natural resources and defence, with matters handled across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
