Divya Mohil joins NPCI as Head Legal

Divya Mohil has been appointed as Head Legal at National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

An alumna of NALSAR University of Law, Mohil's expertise spans technology, data protection, privacy, regulatory and banking finance, fintech, and corporate advisory.

Through her career, she has provided strategic legal counsel on complex issues and led legal frameworks for financial institutions, in complex matters and regulatory compliance. She has extensive leadership experience with organizations such as Citi, Clix Capital, and ICICI Bank.

In her new role at NPCI, Mohil is poised to deliver legal excellence while supporting digital innovation and transformation within the rapidly evolving domains of technology and finance.
