S&R Partner Divyanshu Pandey rejoins JSA as Equity Partner

Divyanshu Pandey, a partner with S&R Associates is set to rejoin JSA's Banking & Finance team as an Equity Partner, and will be working with the Executive Committee, Joint Managing Partners, and the PA Chairs at JSA to further strengthen the firm’s finance practice.

Pandey will be joining JSA accompanied by his team of a few associates.

He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a master’s degree in law from the University of Oxford, UK.

Specialising in banking and finance, debt restructuring, and insolvency matters, Pandey's practice encompasses a wide spectrum of financial services including acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance, project finance, insolvency resolution, and debt capital markets. His clientele includes Indian and multinational banks, non-banking finance companies, debt funds, financial institutions, and corporates.

Prior to S&R Associates, Pandey spent over 11 years at JSA and was based out of the firm’s Gurugram office. He has also worked with international firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Slaughter and May in London.
