DSK Legal hires two lawyers from Trilegal to strengthen its corporate practice

Trilegal Counsel Hema Patnaik and Rangam Sharma have joined DSK Legal as Associate Partners in the Corporate practice.

Patnaik is a 2014 alumna of National Law University, Orissa.

Joining from Trilegal, she has over 12 years of experience in general corporate, M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and strategic investments, with significant expertise in domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple sectors. In the past, she has also worked at JSA and Desai & Diwanji.

Rangam is a 2016 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Noida.

Also joining from Trilegal, he has a decade of experience advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital, venture debt, corporate governance, and crisis management matters. In the past, he has been associated with JSA, Veritas Legal and AZB & Partners.
