Dua Associates inducts 4 lawyers into Equity Partnership, makes 8 new partners

Dua Associates has elevated Sairam Arjun Suresh, Shailendra Singh Somvanshi, Angad Varma and Prateek Bedi to Equity Partnership.

Suresh’s practice is predominantly focused on complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes with an emphasis on arbitration.

Somvanshi focuses on general corporate and commercial law across various sectors including FMCG and food retail.    

Varma’s main areas of practice are insolvency & bankruptcy as well as litigation.

Bedi’s practice specialisation includes M&A as well as corporate & commercial law.
