Dua Associates makes seven new Partners

Dua Associates has announced their promotions for 2026, elevating seven Principal Associates to Non-Equity Partners, as well as 19 Associate level promotions.

The following lawyers have been elevated to Partnership:

• Kunal Ketan Parekh

• Raghavendra Ross Divakar

• Mohit Sharma

• Shreema Sarkar

• Kapil Saxena

• Bhaskar Mishra

• Lisha K T

Additionally, the Firm has designated as ten new Principal Associates and nine new Senior Associates.

The promotees are based across Dua Associates’ eight offices and will continue to focus on their practice areas of Dispute Resolution – Litigation & Arbitration, Corporate Law, M&A, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law and IPR.

With these promotions the Partners’ tally at Dua Associates stands at 86.
