Edelweiss Financial Services appoints Naveen Dahiya as General Counsel

Naveen Dahiya has been appointed to the position of General Counsel at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited.

Dahiya is an alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bangalore

He has been associated with Edelweiss Financial Services for nearly four years, having joined in 2022.

Dahiya has extensive experience in corporate commercial law, real estate, corporate advisory, and litigation, particularly specializing in corporate restructuring and strategizing both inbound and outbound investments. He has appeared before a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies across the country, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR).
