Each of them has demonstrated exceptional capability and exemplifies the values that define ELP every day — impeccable ethics, excellence in delivery, and kindness in all professional relationships. Sweta and Manendra represent the very best of homegrown talent, having each spent more than a decade with the firm. Mumtaz and Vinay, who joined us laterally, have equally embodied the qualities and culture that we value deeply at ELP. Together, they reflect the strength of our firm as a platform for like-minded professionals committed to excellence and shared purpose.

As ELP approaches its 25th anniversary in the coming months, it is especially gratifying to welcome a new generation of equity partners who will help guide the firm into the future.
