

Abhay Chattopadhyay has joined Dentons Link Legal as a Partner in Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Practice at Delhi.
Chattopadhyay is a 2010 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. He earned his LLM from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2013.
He has over 15 years of experience advising and representing domestic and international clients in complex, high-stakes disputes. His practice spans commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, insolvency, white-collar investigations, regulatory enforcement, and intellectual property, with a particular focus on matters where a commercial dispute intersects with regulatory or criminal exposure.
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India as well as various High Courts and tribunals across the country. He also acts in domestic and international arbitrations, including ICC and SIAC proceedings, and advises clients across sectors including infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and financial services.
Chattopadhyay will be joining the Firm with a team of lawyers who are skilled in the areas of dispute resolution and arbitration.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Chattopadhyay was a Partner at Economic Laws Practice.
