ELP's Prashaant Vikram Rajput joins Fox & Mandal as a Partner

Fox & Mandal has announced the onboarding of Prashaant Vikram Rajput as a Partner in Capital Markets practice in Mumbai.

Rajput is a 2006 graduate of Amity Law School, New Delhi.

With over two decades of experience in equity and debt capital market transactions, Rajput has deep sectoral expertise, encompassing defence, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, hospitality, entertainment, mining, oil and gas, real estate, financial services, and banking.

He has supported clients across the entire suite of capital markets transactions including the IPO journey, right from the preparatory phase on red flag identification due diligences prior to advising on post-listing compliances, as well as follow-on public offers, rights issue, qualified institutions placements, alternative investment market listings, business trust listings, American Depositary Receipts (ADR)/Global Depositary Receipts (GDR), Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), and Singapore Exchange (SGX) medium-term note offerings.

Prior to joining Fox & Mandal, Rajput was a Partner at Economic Laws Practice for the past two years. He has previously worked with other leading law firms such as Link Legal, White & Brief and Luthra and Luthra.
