Everstone Group General Counsel PM Devaiah joins Adani Group as Group General Counsel

PM Devaiah, Vice Chairman & Group General Counsel at Everstone Group has left the organization to join Adani Group. He has joined Adani as Group General Counsel and will be based out of Ahmedabad.

At Everstone, Devaiah was broadly involved in private equity laws, securities laws, cross-border legal and regulatory issues and compliance oversight over portfolio companies such as Burger King (India), Harrys, Faces Cosmetics, Excellity Global, Modern Foods, SJS Enterprises.

Devaiah has previously worked at ICICI Venture, Carlyle Group and BPL Cellular.

Nishith Desai Associates Partner Pratibha Jain will take over PM Devaiah's role at Everstone Group.

Recently, Sapan Gupta was elevated as ArcelorMittal Group General Counsel.
