Banking Industry has been under severe pressure on account of elevated NPA level in last few years. Now a number of such cases are getting resolved and banks are increasing their focus on fresh advances to corporates and projects. Also I am seeing a marked differences in the approach of Banks towards fresh exposure - quality of due diligence, perfection of security documnents, risk assumption by the banks, etc and therefore i see Banking & Finance practice to be very busy in coming months and Abir addition is timely."
Mohit Saraf

He is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and has previously also worked at Link Legal.

"I am delighted to join L&L Partners and look forward to a very long and enriching innings in the project finance, banking & finance, projects & infrastructure and IBC space. What I like about the firm is flat and non hierarchical structure which gives meritocracy a good chance to prosper."
