Fidus Law Chambers hires Janhvi Chadha as Partner, elevates Priya Adlakha to partnership

Janhvi Chadha has joined Fidus Law Chambers as a Partner to head the firm's Mumbai office. Parallel to this, the firm has also announced the elevation of Priya Adlakha to partnership.

Chadha is dual-qualified as an advocate in India and as a solicitor (non-practising) in England & Wales. She has over a decade of experience in IP enforcement, litigation and transactional strategy, having advised clients across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

Prior to joining Fidus, Chadha was working at Krishna & Saurastri.

Adlakha is a seasoned IP litigator and strategist with over fifteen years’ experience advising multinational clients in the SAARC region on brand protection, enforcement and marketing-law challenges across sectors such as hospitality, fashion, luxury and pharmaceuticals.

Commenting on Chadha's onboarding, Managing Partner Shwetasree Majumder said,

On Adlakha's elevation, she added,
