He has spent more than 10 years with leading international law firms, including A&O Shearman and DLA Piper, where he advised issuers, financial institutions and corporates on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.He has worked closely with K Law for several years on cross-border M&A transactions while at DLA Piper..The Capital Markets team at K Law currently comprises around 10 lawyers across Mumbai and Bengaluru..Franklyn joined Fox & Mandal last year, before which he was a Partner at Tatva Legal.He holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is qualified as an advocate in India as well as a solicitor in England and Wales.
