Freshfields promotes Piusha Bose to Partnership

Freshfields has promoted Piusha Bose to the position of a Corporate Partner in the firm's Global M&A and Capital practice based in London.

Bose has been associated with Freshfields for over 16 years, across two stints. In addition to being a Partner, she serves as the Co-Head of the firm's global India Group with Arun Balasubramanian.

Bose's expertise encompasses a wide array of corporate transactions, including both public and private mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, carve-outs, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. She focuses on high-value, complex UK and cross-border M&A deals and possesses significant experience with emerging markets. Her diverse background spans sectors such as Consumer & Healthcare, Industrials, and Financial Services. She has represented numerous leading global corporations, private equity firms, and investment banks.

Additionally, Bose serves as a mentor for Freshfields’ Stephen Lawrence Scholarship Programme.
