Gagan Kathuria joins AnantLaw as Partner in Corporate & M&A practice

Gagan Kathuria has joined AnantLaw as a Partner in Corporate and M&A Practice at New Delhi.

Kathuria is a gradute of Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi.

With over 18 years of experience, including across law-firms and in-house leadership role internationally, Kathuria advises on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity (PE), data protection and venture capital (VC), cross-border transactions across several sectors. He has assisted organizations in navigating cross-border operations efficiently, including India market entry, multi-jurisdiction compliance coordination, regulatory strategy, commercial contracting, and ongoing legal support.

Prior to joining AnantLaw, Kathuria worked in senior leadership role at Ceridian in Singapore and with law firms in India.
