Hindustan Unilever's Alok Sinha joins FedEx India as Managing Director - Legal

Alok Sinha has joined FedEx as the Managing Director - Legal, India.

Sinha is a 2012 graduate of CMR Law School, Bangalore.

With close to 15 years of experience, Sinha specialises in litigation management, regulatory & statutory compliances, data privacy, mergers & acquisitions, supporting transformative business projects, negotiating complex business agreements and deals, and ensuring legal compliance across technology-driven business operations.

Prior to his move to FedEx, he spent over 12 years at Hindustan Unilever, across multiple in-house legal positions.

At FedEx, Sinha will head the India legal function and collaborate with business leadership to advance the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
