Hitesh Agrawal joins Vidhigya Associates as Partner to lead M&A, General Corporate practice

Hitesh Agrawal has joined Vidhigya Associates, Advocates as a Partner at Mumbai, to lead mergers and acquisitions and general corporate practice.

Agrawal is a 2014 graduate of Nirma University, Ahmedabad.

He has deep corporate and transactional knowledge with more than a decade’s experience in mergers and acquisitions (domestic as well as cross-border), private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, fund formation and general corporate advisory. He has represented the clients across manufacturing, beauty, retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical and healthcare, real estate, electronic vehicles, and construction and infrastructure sectors.

In the past, Agrawal has worked with leading law firms such as AZB & Partners, Economic Laws Practice, DSK Legal, and Rajani Associates.
