

HSA Advocates Partner Rajdeep Choudhury has left the firm to join Archeus Law, a highly specialized construction law boutique firm. Rajdeep has joined Archeus Law as a new equity partner.
Rajdeep is a dispute resolution lawyer with almost 20 years of experience. He specializes in advising clients throughout the entire life cycle of projects in oil and gas, power, mining, commodities, shipbuilding and transportation encompassing procurement, design, engineering and construction and operation and representing clients in disputes arising out of such projects.
The appointment is part of the firm’s continuing growth strategy and the first at partner level. Commenting on Rajdeep’s appointment, the founding Senior Partner, Ranjit Prakash says,
Prior to joining HSA Advocates, Rajdeep was working with Link Legal. He has previously also worked at JSA, Khaitan & Co, Shearman & Sterling, London and Barlow Lyde & Gilbert (since merged with Clyde and Co.), London.
He completed his LL.B from University of Lancaster and LL.M from University of London (UCL). He was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn after completing the Bar Vocational Course from Inns of Court School of Law, London.
Rajdeep also acts as independent arbitrator and has been admitted as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
