ITC's Sidhant Malaiya joins Ashirvad by aliaxis as Head of Legal

Sidhant Malaiya has joined Ashirvad by Aliaxis as the Head of Legal.

Malaiya is a 2011 graduate of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies.

He has over 15 years of diverse legal experience across sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, litigation, and corporate advisory. His expertise includes corporate legal strategy, risk management, litigation oversight, and business advisory, and he is recognized for aligning legal frameworks with broader organizational objectives.

Prior to this role, Malaiya spent more than 12 years with ITC Limited, where he handled a wide spectrum of legal, regulatory, and strategic matters across the organization’s businesses.

In his new role at Ashirvad by Aliaxis, Malaiya will lead the company’s legal function, strengthening governance, compliance, and legal strategy as the organization continues to expand its footprint in the water management and plumbing solutions.
